Condolence: Our hearts were heavy when we heard the news today of Charlie's passing in Feb. We so looked forward each year to visiting with him while getting our car inspected. We loved his cheerful, always positive and upbeat attitude, friendly disposition, and kind heart. He loved his customers and just life in general! We enjoyed the squirrel feeder fun, the sodas offered while you "sit awhile" waiting, and the funny jokes he'd tell. Always had us laughing! Charlie, we miss you and know we will see you again one day! Blessings to Marjorie and all of his family!!

Condolence: I just went to Maloney's for my annual car inspection and learned of Mr. Maloney's passing. I was very sad to hear about his recent death. I've been going to him for 20 years, since I was 16. He was always such a nice man. Always had an upbeat attitude, just a friendly, genuine man. I looked forward to the free "off-brand soda" he offered me, which I sometimes accepted, and he always had the daily newspaper sitting out to read while I waited. I feel like I lost a friend. My deepest condolences to his family.

Condolence: Jennifer, Randy and family, I just learned of the passing of your father. I am so very sorry! He was a lovely man that was always so kind when I would visit for my annual car inspection. He always kept me informed of how you both were doing. He was so proud of his kids and grandkids. He always had a smile on his face. He will be missed. God Bless! Nell Muehlbrad

Condolence: This afternoon I went to have my car inspected at the only place I've ever taken my cars. I was about to ask the young man attending where Charlie was when I saw the notice of his passing on February 19. Although I saw Charlie at the most, twice a year I couldn't help but feel that I'd lost a friend. He was always a pleasure to deal with, had nothing but nice things to say and was never without a smile. Maloney's will not be the same without him and I will remember and miss Charlie at least twice a year.

Condolence: Friday: Learned of Charles' death this a.m. while getting car inspected. Stunned and saddened that such a humorous and intense man had died. Two cars per year for nearly two decades were my only connection to him; but I always left with a feeling that bringing my cars was appreciated and had had some brief moments to laugh about autos, the weather or the "ups" & "downs" of the San Jac River. May your family rejoice in his integrity, grit and comedic gift. Breathe peace.....
