Condolence From: Elizabeth Stevens
Condolence: I have been away from Houston for nearly 17 years now and presently live in Kansas. I remember Kathleen for being a wonderful mentor in all things sorority. We were sisters in Xi Mu Eta and today I'm thinking of all the nights we worked on our scrapbooks and all the fun we had. Imagine my surprise when I moved to Kansas to find that a new sorority sister here is aware of our scrapbooking creativity and awards from state conventions in Texas. You'll be missed Kathleen by everyone who knew you, but if the Lord has a scrapbook committee, I'm sure you've already made your mark. With love, Liz, Charles and Chad Stevens

Condolence From: Johnnie and Burl Horn
Condolence: A friend and sister for 48 years. We shared so many laughs, the biggest probably the year we drove to the Amarillo State Convention and somehow made a wrong turn and ended up on the very tip of Oklahoma, by just a few miles. We told everybody at convention that we went to Oklahoma first. We didn't bother to explain that it was just about a 30 minute sidestep. She liked to remind Burl of the convention when she had to bring her "provided" escort by for his approval before she could go out with him. So many good memories. I shall miss her greatly.

Condolence: Our families lived across the street and I knew them almost my entire life. I am pleased to say I am the one that brought Kathleen into sorority. She enriched all our lives by being a member of Beta Sigma Phi. I am thy sister.

Condolence From: Connie Noble
Condolence: Kathleen was an amazing woman. I knew from others that she was a very shrewd and successful business woman. I loved talking to Kathleen about Beta Sigma Phi, which she loved so dearly. She was so knowledgeable and she was one of my favorite mentors in council. I can still hear her laugh. I am thy sister.
