Obituary for Eugene Martin

The Life of Eugene Martin

Eugene Eaves Martin, Jr. was born on December 23, 1948, to Eugene Eaves Sr. and Evelyn Martin. He was the first born of five children. He was a proud veteran, having served in the U. S. Army from 1970 ~ 1972. He married Linda Sue Lindsey in 1970. He worked for Hughes Tool as well as Southern Pacific Railroad. In 1990, he joined the Humble Police Department where he loved serving in his hometown. He retired in 2012. Eugene was proceeded in death by his parents, Eugene & Evelyn Martin. Eugene cherished spending time with his grandchildren and his family. His other interests included fishing, playing cards, watching classic movies and enjoying good food.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Linda Martin; son, Warren Martin & wife, Kristy; daughter, Kelli Fain &
husband, Andy; brothers, Mark Martin, Larry Martin, and Todd Martin; sister, Len Noack. Eugene had three
grandchildren, Cameron, Collin and Elise who loved their Pawpaw and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
