Mary L. Roach, 94, loving wife for 42 years of the late Walter D. Roach, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 in Kingwood, Texas.
Mary was born in Roxborough, Pennsylvania June 29, 1922. She and her husband lived in many places across the country including Lansdale, Pennsylvania, Tulare, California, Silver City, New Mexico, Washington DC and finally moving to Spring, Texas in 1978. Mary loved Texas and often said, “I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as soon as I could!”
Mary worked as a school bus driver for Spring ISD for 9 years. She also became a certified Emergency Medical Technician and volunteered many hours with the Harris County Ambulance Service.
Mary leaves family in Spring, Texas and Norristown, Pennsylvania. She is survived by her Daughter, Mary Lou and her husband Mark Parrott, Son, David Roach, Son-In-Law Paul Koeth, Grandchildren, Dinah and her husband Manuel Silva, Rebecca and her husband Steve Simons, Elizabeth and her husband Joe Pascavage, Matthew Parrott, David, Roach, Jr., Chris Reynolds; Great Grandchildren, Paulo Silva, Kenny Silva, Mario Silva, Eric Silva, Alaina Silva, Lilly Silva, Joshua Silva, Emmalina Silva, Michael Pascavage and Heather Pascavage.
Mary and her husband Walter are once again joined in heaven along with her Daughter, Mary Ellen Koeth; Grandson, Michael Koeth and Granddaughter, Victoria Parrott.
