Jose Cardona Sr., 80, of Pasadena, Texas, has passed away on April 6th, 2017. He has lived a long and rich life here on earth and the Lord decided it was time for Jose to rest and reap the fruits of his labor in his Kingdom.
Jose was a loving and caring man. He did not hesitate to lend a helping hand to neighbors and strangers. He was very active around his home and around his neighborhood. He was quick to teach and offer his advise and knowledge to those who needed it. Those who knew Jose know that he loved to tell jokes and stories, with that he always brought a laugh and huge smiles to people’s days. He was a strong willed man and loved his family, friends, and neighbors. We are heartbroken at this loss and he will forever be missed, but we rejoice in the fact that he is no longer suffering and is pain free. Until we see you again Jose, we will keep and cherish our memories of you and live through your example and teachings. Jose is survived by his wife Yolanda of 49 years; his children Thelma Jaquez, Delma Valdez, Joe Cardona Jr., David Cardona and Cynthia Cardona; grandchildren Karina, Ruben, Robert, Ricky, Roman, Jessica, Victoria, Gustavo Jr., David Jr., D’Isreal, Gabriel, I'Brahn, Kimberly, Krystal and blessed with (4) Great Grand Children. Jose is preceded in death by his Parents and Sisters Ignacia, Esther, Inez, Augustina. He is also survived by his Brothers Jesus, Adan, Rene and Sisters Maria, Eva, and Hermelinda.
