Condolence: So sorry to hear about Nancy. We knew Nancy and Dick from the early days and even though we moved away, we always remembered Nancy with the smiling face. She was just a little bundle of dynamite. Our deepest sympathy on your loss.

Condolence: Rich and I were fortunate enough to know Nancy and Dick since we moved into Wachesaw in 1991. They were a joy to be around. We enjoyed many years of friendship with both Nancy and Dick. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Condolence: I was one of the "Oakford Drive kids". I didn't realize how amazing "Mrs. Utz" was until I got older but I knew in my heart when I was a kid that she was the ONLY adult I could go to and I did!!!! She loved like no tomorrow, she had THE best laugh... and snuck cigs with my Dad. We could just walk into each others houses and they saved me a few times when I was a young teenager feeling my oats! I love you all, Mike (in heaven), Linda, Diane and Gary - you will always be our Oakford drive family and always be close to our hearts even though we now live far away! Want a wonderful tribute to your Mom! RIP Nancy - you were loved beyond measure!!
