Condolence: I would like to speak for all the Galena Park Fighting Yellow Jackets, State Finalist football team, Class of 1962. Bill was our biggest booster and made our senior year one to remember. He organized our pep rallies, promoted us on the radio and remained a great friend through the years.
We love you, Bill. You were truly one of a kind.
God speed!

Condolence From: Frank and Glenda Kucera
Condolence: We treasure the years that we were neighbors to Bill. I especially remember when I drove my lawnmower into the wide ditch that used to be on our street. I knew who Bill Bailey was but had no idea that he and Janis were our neighbors at that time. He quickly got a rope, of which he had many, and pulled me safely up into my yard. He was a giant of a man and yet gentle. He will be sorely missed.
