Condolence From: Ross Clevenger
Condolence: I have nothing but great memories from when we were blessed to be in the company of my grandpa Frank, one of the smartest and most humble men I knew. I will never forget being stumped by a difficult math class and he was happy to help as he made the problems seem easy. I will strive to emulate his attitude and work ethic always.

Condolence: Frank was my grandfather. His gentle kindness will be missed by all of us grandchildren. Every time he would visit, Grandpa would always be eager to participate in anything going on, whether that was going on a grocery run, or being the only adult to join the kids in a game. He never lost his curiosity and interest in our lives, no matter how hard it became for him. I love you Grandpa.

Condolence: Frank was a wonderful man and his passing comes with deep sadness for the family and all who knew him. I will remember his soft-spoken demeanor and his sharp intellect. His intelligence was amazing and made for great conversation on any topic. He was also incredibly humble and always worked to shine the light and attention on those around him. He had a great love and passion for the hills and lakes. I will always remember his eagerness dive in the water, no matter how icy cold. I still see him swimming with a huge smile on his face remarking how marvelous it was! I feel very blessed to have known Frank, and honored to have been his son-in-law. I only wish I could have spent more time with him. I find great solace in knowing he is with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and I look forward to seeing him again one day.

Condolence From: Steve Breckley
Condolence: I knew Frank at college in Bethlehem, PA. He was a Lehigh classmate, Class of '63. He was also a Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity brother.
He was a hard working student. We shared a room with two other classmates. They were Chemical Engineering majors, as was he.
Everyone liked Frank. He was soft spoken and cheerful. He laughed easily, but quietly.
More recently, we saw Frank with his wife Margie. They were visiting at our home, then in Connecticut. It was clear that Frank loved Margie and his family.
It was a privilege to have had Frank as a classmate, fraternity brother and friend.

Condolence From: Christine Clevenger
Condolence: With deep sympathy we thank his wife, Margie, for all that she has done for him these last few years in caring for him through sufferings. We look up, knowing that Dad is in a much better place where there are no more tears or pain and his brilliant mind is fully restored as he resides with new life in Heaven as God promises.
He was a stand out human being who lived his life with sincere and honorable honesty and integrity. He never drew attention to himself, never arrogant but quiet and humble. He was gentle and kind and a good listener. He found satisfaction in hard work, providing very well for all 5 of his children.
Ever respectful of others and full of class. He didn't demand much from others and possessed a rare ability to always immediately forgive others with unconditional love. Dad did not spend his life trying to please, gratify, or entertain himself but lived simply and found great joy in simple pleasures, especially the outdoors.
He had a beautiful mind with a sense of humor and an ability to enjoy life. Although he chose not to, he could impress with his knowledge of almost any topic whether it be some small battle of the Civil War, world politics, poetry, math, the Bible, literature, geography, natural gas refinery, food, deep sea diving, aeronautics, chemistry, foreign languages, architecture, etc...
You are forever in our hearts Dad. Memories of you are cherished. You were a class act from start to finish. I love you dearly my precious father. love, Christine
