Condolence: I first met Rodger in 1979 when I moved to Texas. He was as good a person as I will ever have the privilege of knowing. And although after my late wife passed we didn’t see each other as much as we would have liked. I will always consider him a dear friend. Heart felt condolences to his family for this tragic loss.
