I worked with James for 15 years in the Harris County Courts. He was devoted to his job as an I.T. systems administrator, and he was equally devoted to serving the courts. James repeatedly gave his personal time to ensure that the courts had a reliable and state of the art information system. He was methodical and meticulous in every facet of his job. Though he worked "behind the scenes," he cared very much about his co-workers and colleagues in the courthouse. He likewise worked behind the scenes to assist people in our community who were struggling with hardships. Those of us who knew him will never forget him. May he rest in peace knowing that we still care.
