Our first time to meet ?

The first time that I meet my future mother in law ..Rick had took me to meet his parents. I was nervous that I wouldn't meet their approval lol . Anyway introductions were make and we were sitting in the living room just regular conversation. Marie went the kitchen and came back to sit down and she began talking to me again only she was calling me Sheila Which just happen to be Ricks pass girl friend? Oh no you didn't call me SHEILA .... my name is SHARON ! What's really funny Marie didn't realize she had called Sheila ...? .... until Rick called her into the kitchen...to tell my name was Sharon not Sheila.... it is funny now but I didn't think it was then !!!! But , the truth of her as a mother in law is I could have never dream about I would be so blessed!!! She always help make comfortable, we learn that we had a lot in common after all She love the man that I was madly in love with!! She had done an amazing job raising a confident Godly honorable son that was my husband! She taught me many recipes like her potato salad that I have already past in to Daughters in law. Rice dressing alike of work but just the name I think if her . She taught me how to bake pies and candies !!! She was always very supportive and I grew in a very short learned to love her as a friend, mother and prayed one day I could be like her when I have daughter in laws . You see she was always faithful to serve the lord and honor her husband whom she loved so much. And then to watch with my babies and the Live she had for each one ! To Debbie's kids they called her MawMaw. Shane mine and Rick's first son came along in 1978 we kinda had a small problem? My mom was MawMaw too....no worries Shane started calling her MawMaw- Granny ! My mom was MawMaw and she was his MawMaw-Granny . I certainly could go on and on about what blessing she was as my Mother in law ! I love that woman and am Thankful that I was honored to have her in my life!!!! Now , We always got along extremely well for the first 35 yrs. Then she ask if she could come live with us ?.. I truly thought because we always got along that there wouldn't be any problem.....right ??? Have you ever heard the saying ( No house is big enough for two women at the same time) well it's might have a point!! And honestly it did get tough at times but , I would do it all over again! Because even when she wasn't very lovable and I was lovable we loved each other B very much ! I will miss her always because she was a jewel to me even when neither one of us was sparkling!
