Obituary for
Linda Kay Miles
Linda Kay Miles, 70, of Beaumont went home to be with her Lord Saturday, March 17, 2018. She was born on October 3, 1947 to Morris and Helen Hampton. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, her brother RL, and her son, Will, who we believe was standing right next to Jesus Saturday morning to welcome Mom home. She is survived by her loving husband, Ken; her daughter, Tricia DelBello and husband Glen; stepson Dwayne Miles and wife Joanne; stepdaughter Jennifer Edmundson and husband Terry; grandchildren who lovingly called her KK- Peyton, Tate, Libby, and Kiley and Josh, Mark, and Brittany; siblings Marion, Leroy, Shirley, James, Charlene and Cindy; and many other family members.
Linda could light up a room with her positive personality, infectious smile and laugh, and her sense of humor. She endlessly gave and prayed for those in need. Her love for her family was very evident and her dedication to her husband, children, and grandchildren was above and beyond. She was a wonderful example of Jesus and we can only hope that our light shines as bright as hers. Her stories, gardening skills, sewing and crafts and home cooking are just a few things that will be greatly missed. Linda knew how to live life to the fullest. She was our angel on earth and now she will be our angel in Heaven.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Home in Pasadena from 11:00am-12:00pm followed by a funeral service at 12:00pm. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery, Webster, Texas.
