Obituary for Sarah Carol Ingram (Price)

Sarah Carol Ingram (Price)
Sarah Carol Price Ingram, 71, died in Humble, Texas on June 26, 2022. She was raised on the family farm in Valley View, Texas and attended Valley View Public Schools where she graduated as Valedictorian in 1968. She fell in love with her husband, Joseph R. Ingram Jr. in 1967 and they married on June 19, 1971, after she graduated from Baylor University with a degree in accounting. Not satisfied with being an accountant, she proceeded to study and pass the Certified Public Accounting Board exam. This allowed for her to work as a corporate accountant until the birth of their beloved son Joseph R. Ingram, III. When Joseph, III went to college, she took on day to day operations at her husband’s Veterinary Practice where she was loved by all. She managed to keep it open and running during Joe’s medical leaves of absences. They both retired in 2016, nevertheless, she was always available to help income tax prep for family and close friends. The past few years have been difficult for Sarah with multiple hospitalizations. Sarah was elated at the birth of her granddaughter Isabell in November 2019 and grandson Mason in July of 2021. Joe was the love of her life, but they were they joy in her later life.
Sarah was an active member of the Humble Areas First Baptist Church (known as: United City Church) where she served sacrificially in many areas of ministries of the church for over 30 years.
