Caleigh Linn Medley left this world, and took a little of its light with her, on January 7, 2024. She also took a piece of family members’ and friends’ hearts with her on her journey.

She passed in a tragic automobile accident. We at least have the comfort of knowing that she did not suffer.

She will be sorely missed by her family and friends, and most especially by the love of her life, her three year old daughter Kennedi Lakelyn.

She was a graduate of Kingwood High School class of 2017, and attended Lone Star College. Being the consummate free spirit, Caleigh searched for her true calling. Most recently she worked in the food service industry and unwittingly found her true calling; making new friends, holding on dearly to the old ones, and making everyone smile and laugh. That and her baby are her true legacy.

Born February 10,1999 in Cincinnati, Ohio she was the daughter of Leah and David Medley. Beyond her mother and Kennedi who loves her mommy so very much, she is survived by her brothers Brandon Buckley and wife Carissa and their son Jacob (Mason, OH) and Jonathan Medley (Murfreesboro, TN), sisters Erin Offermann (IL); Christina Medley (Pittsburgh, PA), Meghan (Medley) Morgan (Altoona, PA). As well as her aunt Jill Medley Clayton (Gulfport, MS) and special “nieces” Haley Buckley and Andrea Wergowske (Mason, OH). She also leaves a list of other family members and friends too long to list.
