I got to know Penny when she came to work for me at the Missouri Children's Division. Though I only knew Penny for only the last few years I really developed a relationship with her. She was great at the office. One of the most giving people I know. She was always there to help with fund raising for our foster children, helping with dinners, make baskets to sell. I enjoyed her company and when she decided to move back to Texas I knew I would miss seeing her practically every day, but she moved to New Caney which was close to where my brother (Houston) and sister (Liberty) lived. She is one person I will dearly miss but will never forget.
