Today 04/10/17,is my first day back to work at Aetna since 01/17, I am so saddened that I missed the chance to celebrate Penny's life. Penny sat next to me and always encouraged me daily, whether it was a nice work about my appearance or a kind gesture about the way I care for others and members. I realize today, my first day back at Aetna, that I am sitting in silence, I no longer hear the voice that made a huge difference in my day. What I would give to say a kind word to her today. Ill never forget her kindness and straight shooting. I wont soon forget her statement on every phone call she took, "My name is Penny, the same as the coin!" This brings a smile to my face to cover for a broken heart. RIP Friend
