I met Terry the first time when we created the Contract Administration Team, from the very begining he was our mentor, coach and most importantly my friend.  His willingness to share his knowledge, time and insight regardless of what his personal schedule entailed.    His unique senses of humor along with his vast array of stories provided endless hours of laugher and memories.    

During one training session we had in Florida my wife (Becky), Terry and me when out to eat, during the meal he kept placing crab craws on the table.  Finally I ask him “what’s up with the crab craws”?   He said “I’m counting how many Lobsters your wife is eating”.  In typical Terry fashion he shared the actual count to the entire class the next day. 

You will be missed, but not forgotten, rest well brother.
