Childhood Friend I am so saddened to hear of Gary's passing ... my deepest sympathies go out to his dear family. Gary was a wonderful friend to me growing up. We always had fun together, especially at church camp in Benton Harbor. The last time I saw him was after he had returned from Vietnam and had started driving trucks. I visited him at his home and had such a wonderful time reminiscing. He was always such a happy, fun-loving guy ... he always made me laugh. In recent years, I tried to find out where he was living so I could reconnect with him but was sorry to recently learn of his passing before I could see him again. And though I know Gary is forever with the Lord now and rejoicing with the angels in glory, he will be greatly missed. And so I say, goodbye for now old friend ... I'll see you soon.
